I became obsessed with this work when I realised our identity is the entire backbone of our reality.

For years, I thought confidence, motivation or more information was the answer. But underneath all of it was the way we saw ourselves.

My work is centred around helping women create a new internal standard for themselves so they stop returning to the same version of who they’ve always been.

By changing the identity that’s been running their lives. Because once that shifts - everything else follows.
